On the top you can see there are a bunch of different options that you can do. The first on, called file is used to save and to open previous documents. The next one, called edit is used to copy and paste and that sort of thing. after that is search, which can be used to search your document for certain words and stuff.

View is used to change how the text editor window looks, if you want to change the color scheme. Then their is document, which is used to to change the text type and to change the tab size and such. I believe we all know what help us used for

The text editor can be used for a lot of different things. If you want to take notes or write down ideas, just open it up and use control S to save it. It uses basically no storage space, unlike any note taking app that you will have to install. You can also write HTML with it. It is already on plain text mode, so just write your code and save it as a .html file type. Then open it with your browser.

That’s basically all about the Raspberry pi text editor. If you have any questions or concerns you can contact us VIA the contact us page, or by emailing pihacks@icloud.com. I hope that this has helped you out on your raspberry pi adventure! Good luck!
