this small robot car kit from amazon cost 60 dollars and can be used with an RPI 4 and 3b. It is surprisingly similar to the first one in short of that it comes with a chassis, which is better than the first option. #3 Gewbot RaspTank-Pro Robot Car Kit
At last this kit has a arm that is on top of the tank, Moreover it can grab things and move around, but unlike the other kits it is undeniably expensive. First thing to remember is that cheap is not always the best. The ones I showed earlier may be cheaper than this, but this is probably better. All in all, you can buy it on Amazon for only $140.
